Cobus van Wyk, MD, PhD, MSc, is a versatile healthcare professional with broad multi-faceted experience in the medical and information technology fields and the interfaces between them. Dr Van Wyk excels in facilitating change by use of information technology in healthcare. Having both extensive medical and IT knowledge and experience, he bridges the gap between the two fields, identifying the cause of problems and finding easy to use solutions. Before co-founding Care Dynamics, Dr Van Wyk worked as an independent management consultant and project manager in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, he was a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Medical Informatics of the Erasmus University Medical Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Rafael Maman — Advisory Board
Rafael Maman is a recognised thought-leader with over 25 years of cross-industry international experience in digital strategy, supply chain management and strategy development. During his career Mr Maman specialised in digital transformation of supply chains, and applied his knowledge in a variety of industries, from oil & gas through water resources to healthcare. Before co-founding Care Dynamics, Mr Maman was Managing Director of PetroQuantum B.V., an international strategic consulting firm specialising in digital supply chain management and operational excellence. Prior to that, he was a Principal for Supply Chain Management and a Deputy Business Group Manager at Shell, a multinational oil company.
Narayan Venkatasubramanyan
Narayan Venkatasubramanyan, PhD, MBA, is an innovator with proven track record in applying deep quantitative techniques to decision-making across diverse industries. Dr Venkatasubramanyan has over two decades of professional experience in complex problem solving, applying deep quantitative skills and vast repertoire of business, technology, and management skills to highly challenging commercial issues in a broad range of industries. Before co-founding Care Dynamics, Dr Venkatasubramanyan was the founder of Dot 3rd Eye, Inc., a Texas-based consulting company specialising in Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, he was an R&D Fellow at i2 Technologies, a leading provider of state-of-the-art solutions for supply chain problems.
